As a Care Worker with Cera Care, you will be providing care and support to an independent lady with complex needs in Chester. This role requires experience in providing care to individuals with complex needs, and you will be subject to a DBS/PVG check and references. You will be working as part of a nurse-led team, providing care and support to our client in her own home.
