Senior Clinical Psychologist

About the Role
We are seeking a highly experienced and skilled Senior Clinical Psychologist to take on the position of Service Development Lead in our CAMHS Psychology Service.
As a key member of our senior leadership team, you will play a crucial role in developing and implementing service improvements, ensuring that our psychological services meet the evolving needs of children, young people, and families in our community.
This is a challenging and rewarding opportunity for a clinician with significant experience in clinical leadership, service development, and programme management. You will be responsible for leading the development of new initiatives, evaluating existing services, and identifying areas for improvement.
As part of our senior leadership team, you will work closely with colleagues from across the organization, including consultants, managers, and other professionals, to ensure that our services are integrated, effective, and responsive to the needs of our patients and their families.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in clinical psychology, with significant experience in service development, leadership, and programme management. They will possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to think critically and strategically.
Salary: £80,000-£100,000 per annum (dependent on experience)
