Highly Specialist Clinical Psychologist/Neuropsychologist

We are seeking a highly skilled Clinical Psychologist to join our team as a Neuropsychology Specialist. The successful candidate will work with adults who have sustained acquired brain injuries and their families, providing specialist neuropsychology assessment, therapy, and consultation.
Main Responsibilities- Provide highly specialist neuropsychology assessment, therapy, and consultation to clients, carers, and professionals.
- Be accountable for own professional practice within professional guidelines and the overall management structure of the service.
- Provide clinical supervision and training to Assistant Psychologists and Trainee Clinical Psychologists.
- Undertake research and development projects within the service under the direction of the Service's Grade 8c Consultant Clinical Neuropsychologists.
This is a newly created vacancy for a band 8a Clinical Psychologist specialising in neuropsychology and brain injury rehabilitation. The post is offered on a full-time, permanent basis and we welcome applications from newly qualified clinical psychologists with relevant experience.

Person SpecificationThe successful candidate will have a doctoral or other HCPC recognised qualification in Clinical Psychology, graduate membership of the British Psychological Society, and evidence of continuing professional development. They will also have experience of working as a qualified applied Clinical Psychologist within a multi-disciplinary team context and exercising full clinical responsibility for clients' psychological care.
