About the Role

We are seeking an experienced HR Administrative Coordinator to join our team in London. As a key member of our HR department, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to our recruitment process, maintaining employee records, and ensuring compliance with labour laws and company policies.

The ideal candidate will have previous experience in an HR admin role within Financial Services and be proficient in MS Office Suite and HR software. In return, we offer a competitive salary (£28,000 - £32,000 per annum) and opportunities for professional development and growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist with recruitment, including job postings, resume screening, and scheduling interviews.
  • Maintain and update employee records in HR databases.
  • Administer employee benefits and respond to employee inquiries.
  • Organise training and development programs.
  • Prepare and maintain HR reports and documentation.
  • Ensure compliance with labour laws and company policies.
  • Participate in HR projects and initiatives.
