Richmond Pharmacology are an early phase Clinical Research Organisation (CRO), where we are conducting pioneering early phase healthy participants and patient participant trials. As an HR Coordinator, you have a crucial role in supporting the Human Resources department in various administrative tasks and functions. You will work closely with HR Advisors, Talent Acquisition, L&D, and other departments to ensure the smooth and efficient operation of HR processes.

**Main duties and responsibilities**
- Manage administrative tasks related to the HR function, as well as providing guidance on a wide range of employment matters, including HR policies, and performance management.
- Coordinate and facilitate new employee onboarding processes.
- Prepare new hire paperwork and ensure completion of required documentation.
- Process employee changes, such as promotions, transfers, and terminations.
- Manage payroll records and support with monthly payroll.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records in the HR Information System.
- Provide administrative support to the HR team.
- Support regular reporting and dashboards for management on HR-related activities.
- Handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism.

**Additional responsibilities**
- Assist in the recruitment process by posting job openings, reviewing resumes, and coordinating interviews.
- Schedule and participate in job fairs, campus recruitment events, and other talent acquisition activities.
- Assist in the administration of employee benefits programs.
- Respond to employee inquiries regarding benefits and ensure timely resolution.
