- Coach and support managers and tech leads to ensure effective team collaboration
- Develop and communicate a clear vision and strategy to ensure teams and individuals work cohesively
- Coordinate teams to meet roadmap milestones and ensure a comfortable and encouraging work environment
Requirements
We are seeking a highly developed people manager with the ability to inspire, coach, and mentor. Proven software delivery lead experience is essential, with a background in large software development organisations.
