We are seeking a highly skilled Business Development Manager to join our team at Rock Compliance Ltd. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving business growth and identifying new opportunities in the water hygiene sector.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement a personal sales strategy to achieve sales targets and expand our customer base.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key national clients and stakeholders.
  • Identify and develop new business opportunities through market research and analysis.
  • Collaborate with our Pre-Commissioning and Commissioning division to develop and implement strategic plans for business growth.
  • Provide quotations and proposals to new clients and prospects.
  • Develop and maintain a client database and track sales performance.
  • Work with our Bid Team to produce PQQ and Tender documents as required.
Requirements:
  • Proven sales track record in the water hygiene sector or a related industry.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Confident IT user with experience of Word, Excel, and Outlook.
  • Full clean driving licence and willingness to travel.
