We are excited to offer an exceptional opportunity for a skilled and ambitious Art Collection Manager to join our team at Atelier Galleries in York.

About the Role:

This is a fantastic chance to work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment, building relationships with high-end clients and matching them with our extensive collection of world-class art.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Relationship Building: You will establish and maintain strong relationships with clients, identifying their needs and preferences to provide a tailored service.
  • Sales and Marketing: You will develop and implement effective sales and marketing strategies to drive business growth and exceed sales targets.
  • Database Management: You will manage our gallery's CRM system to track client interactions, sales performance, and market trends.

The Ideal Candidate:

  • You have a proven track record of success in a similar role, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • You're passionate about delivering exceptional customer service and building long-term relationships with clients.
  • You're highly motivated, with a strong desire to succeed and exceed targets.
  • A driving licence and access to your own vehicle is essential for this role.
  • Previous experience in a management or leadership role is preferred.

Benefits:

  • Uncapped Commission Structure: Earn up to 5% of sales over target.
  • Competitive Salary: £32,500 - £37,500 basic, dependent upon experience.
  • Generous Holiday Entitlement: 33 days of annual leave (inclusive of bank holidays), increasing with service.
  • Ongoing Training and Development: We'll provide the tools and training to help you succeed in this role.
