As a DVA Claims Advisor at RSL Queensland, you'll play a critical role in helping our veterans and their families navigate the complex DVA claims process. Your strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and ability to work in a fast-paced environment will make you an asset to our team.

This is a permanent full-time position based in Stafford, Brisbane, with regular appointments required outside of the office location. You'll have the opportunity to work towards qualifications under the Advocacy Training and Development Program (ATDP), providing a clear career pathway as you progress.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and submit compensation claims under supervision.
  • Work within legislative and policy guidelines to document claims from Veterans.
  • Case Coordination - manage and update client files using record management systems, ensuring data quality and accuracy.
  • Communicate with clients and their representatives to gather additional information and provide clients with a timely update on their claim.
