We have an exciting opportunity for a Customer Service Supervisor to join our team within Vistry Services Division, across various locations with your local office being in Wolverhampton, Stafford, Leeds or Leicester.
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain and create rota for Contact Centre operatives
- Provide daily reports to Contact Centre Manager
- Train new staff and mentor them through the onboarding process
- Motivate the team and ensure their work is up to the correct standard
- Deal with customer complaints and be the point of contact for sales advisors
- Record, monitor and report outcome of enquiries
- Monitor Contact Centre operatives' performance and review commission claims
- Liaise with Sales Consultants to ensure a streamlined operating process and excellent customer experience
- Manage the CRM system (Keys) to enhance customer profiling and optimise 121 engagement and marketing
The Ideal Candidate
You will need to have:
- A full clean driving licence
- 5 GCSEs or equivalent including Maths and English
- Experience of working in a busy contact centre environment
- Line management experience
- Good administration skills and accuracy
- Excellent communication and organisational skills
- A friendly, trustworthy and professional attitude
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines and targets
