About the Role

We Manage Jobs (WMJobs) is seeking a highly skilled Data Collection Specialist to join our Schools Data Team. This part-time position offers flexible working arrangements, including office-based and home working on a rota basis.

The ideal candidate will have excellent organisational skills, attention to detail, and be able to maintain updated data while meeting deadlines. Strong communication and interpersonal skills are essential for this role, as you will be interacting with various stakeholders through phone, email, and in-person interactions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Process school data and collaborate with schools to ensure its accuracy.
  • Collect weekly attendance for pupils attending Staffordshire Schools and vulnerable populations.
  • Work with schools to collect and import school files.
  • Data Quality - run reports and update data.
  • Produce high-quality process notes and arrange meetings for projects.
  • Manage the School Census, working with schools to ensure they have recorded the data correctly.
  • Collect assessment data from schools.

Salary: £25,000 - £30,000 per annum, depending on experience. We offer a supportive working environment where employees can achieve their full potential and maintain a healthy work-life balance.
