The leading engine manufacturer in the UK is seeking a skilled Data Optimization Specialist to join their team.

  1. Conduct comprehensive data analysis of diesel engine performance and emissions parameters to ensure compliance with industry standards and regulatory requirements.
  2. Analyze test results to identify areas for improvement and optimization, focusing on performance, fuel efficiency, and emissions reduction.
  3. Develop and implement strategies to enhance engine performance and emissions characteristics.
  4. Prepare clear and concise technical reports summarizing analysis findings and recommendations.
  5. Collaborate effectively with engineers, technicians, and project teams to ensure successful project execution.
  6. Stay up-to-date with emerging industry trends, technologies, and regulatory requirements in diesel engine performance and emissions.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field.
  • Experience in diesel engine performance and emissions calibration.
  • Strong understanding of diesel engine operating principles, performance characteristics, and emissions control technologies.
  • Proven experience in conducting data analysis and developing optimization strategies.
  • Proficiency in using industry-standard software tools.

Estimated Salary: £65,000 - £80,000 per annum.
