About the Role

Innova Solutions International is looking for a talented Performance Optimization Expert to join our team in Stafford, Staffordshire. As a Performance Optimization Expert, you will work closely with our manufacturing client to plan and deliver engineering activity as part of the diesel products development activity.

This role involves:

  • Conducting engine performance calibration and analyzing data to identify areas for improvement.
  • Developing and implementing effective solutions to optimize engine performance and reduce emissions.
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to achieve project goals and meet deadlines.

Education and Experience

To succeed in this role, you must have a degree in engineering or a related field and three years of experience in diesel engine performance optimization. You should have expertise in tools such as Vector Suite and experience with emissions measurement hardware like Horiba MEXA and Sierra/Cambustion Particulate Analysers.

Estimated Salary and Benefits

The estimated salary for this position is £65,000 - £85,000 per annum, depending on experience. We offer a hybrid working arrangement with flexibility around remote working and no set days.
