HR Advisor - Hospitality - Milton Keynes - Up to £38,000

They are looking for an experienced HR advisor to support the HR team in delivering a proactive and customer-focused HR service.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide expert advice and guidance on employee relations, policy, process, recruitment, and project delivery.
  • Support the HR team in managing formal employee relations processes across the business.
  • Contribute to the review and redesign of processes and procedures.
  • Develop and maintain effective relationships with colleagues and managers.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in HR.

Requirements & Responsibilities:

  • Must have experience in hospitality, leisure, or retail.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficient in HR software and systems.
