We are looking for a Concession Manager who will lead their store and team to succeed. To do this, you must be passionate about people, determined to deliver an extraordinary customer experience, and open to learning and developing yourself and others.
The key responsibilities of this role include:
• Creating a high-performing team where diversity is embraced and every person feels valued and has a sense of belonging.
• Encouraging discussions and inviting ideas and different perspectives to drive creativity and collaboration.
• Creating a culture that embraces feedback, gives praise, shares successes, coaches, and challenges.

• Committing to delivering an engaging and memorable customer experience in the store and inspiring the team to do the same.
• Developing and maintaining key customer relationships using in-store CRM tools to support you and your team.
• Continually demonstrating a commitment to driving your business.
• Collaborating and building key relationships to accelerate store growth.
• Demonstrating expert market awareness and the ability to use analysis to maximise trading opportunities.
• Leading and delivering operational excellence, showing respect and consideration for people, product, and the environment.
• Contributing to decreasing Mulberry's carbon footprint, helping to mitigate climate change, and promoting a greener, more sustainable future.
• Promoting equity, empathy, and understanding and demonstrating this commitment within your internal and external communities.
