Flannels is seeking a highly skilled Sales and Operations Manager to join our team. As a key member of the management team, you will be responsible for driving sales growth, managing store operations, and leading a high-performing team.

About the Role

We are looking for an experienced retail professional with a strong track record of delivering results in a fast-paced luxury environment. You will have excellent leadership skills, a passion for fashion, and a deep understanding of customer needs.

The ideal candidate will have experience in managing teams, driving sales growth, and implementing operational improvements. They will be able to communicate effectively with colleagues, customers, and suppliers, and have a proven ability to work under pressure.

You will be responsible for achieving sales targets, managing stock levels, and maintaining a high level of customer service. You will also be expected to lead by example, demonstrating a positive attitude, and a commitment to excellence.

Key Responsibilities
  • Drive sales growth through effective merchandising, visual displays, and customer engagement
  • Manage store operations, including stock control, inventory management, and supply chain logistics
  • Lead a high-performing team, providing coaching, training, and development opportunities
  • Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction, ensuring exceptional customer service at all times
  • Implement operational improvements, reducing costs and increasing efficiency
  • Develop and maintain relationships with suppliers, negotiating best prices and services
Requirements
  • 3+ years of experience in a similar role, preferably in luxury retail
  • Proven track record of delivering results in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills
  • Degree in Business Administration or related field
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

Estimated Salary: £43,000 - £55,000 per annum, depending on experience
