Sales Performance

Your primary focus will be on achieving monthly sales targets and maintaining company KPIs. You will work closely with our Fragrance Business Manager and other teams to ensure excellent execution and customer satisfaction.

As a successful candidate, you will have a strong sales background, preferably with experience in the fragrance industry. Your ability to build strong relationships with in-store retail teams will be crucial to your success.

Benefits

We offer a competitive salary, ranging from £18,000 to £25,000 per annum, depending on experience. Additionally, you will receive access to My Coty Shop with fantastic discounts, 8% employer pension contribution, generous family and wellbeing support policies, and a day off on your birthday.
