We're looking for a Concession Manager to lead our store and team to succeed. As a key contributor to Mulberry, you'll be passionate about people, determined to deliver an extraordinary customer experience, and open to learning and developing yourself and others.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Create a high-performing team where diversity is embraced and every person feels valued and a sense of belonging.
  • Encourage discussions and invite ideas to drive creativity and collaboration.
  • Create a culture that embraces feedback, gives praise, shares successes, coaches, and challenges.
  • Nurture a welcoming and fun environment for customers and team.
  • Develop and maintain key customer relationships using in-store CRM tools.
  • Continually demonstrate a commitment to driving business growth.
  • Collaborate and build key relationships to accelerate store growth.
  • Demonstrate expert market awareness and the ability to use analysis to maximise trading opportunities.
  • Lead and deliver operational excellence, showing respect and consideration for people, product, and the environment.
  • Contribute to decreasing Mulberry's carbon footprint and promoting a greener, more sustainable future.
  • Promote equity, empathy, and understanding, and demonstrate this commitment within internal and external communities.
