- Sales or Customer Service Experience: Proven track record in sales or customer service, with a strong understanding of account management principles.
- Freight Forwarding or Export Sales Experience: Ideal but not essential, as training will be provided.
- Key Account Management: Strong ability to develop and maintain long-term relationships with key clients.
- IT Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Excel, Word, Outlook, and PowerPoint.
