Role Overview

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Commercial Sales and Administration Specialist to join our team. This role will be responsible for supporting the Commercial Sales Manager and Consultant in targeting companies for commercial solar with funding/grants.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support the Commercial Sales Manager and Consultant in targeting companies for commercial solar with funding/grants.
  • Qualify and introduce leads to the CRM system.
  • Work proactively with the Commercial Sales Manager and Consultant to target companies on campaigns.
  • Provide valuable and detailed feedback to assist with continuous improvement.
  • Check customer documents for accuracy, completeness, and compliance.
  • Chase active customers to send relevant documents in a timely and effective manner.
  • Complete presales administration tasks, including raising deposit and paid deposit invoices, scaffolding and structural roof report quotes, IWA applications, and DNO approvals.

  • 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday, office-based full-time position.
