Are you a Sales Administrator/Coordinator looking to step into a Bid Coordinator role?

Elevation Recruitment Group are working with a world leading engineering company who are seeking a Bid Coordinator to join their Sales/Bids team during a phase of significant growth and modernisation. This role is crucial in providing support to ensure the effective production of high-quality bid packages and the smooth operation of the sales process.

Key Responsibilities of the Bid Coordinator:

  • Dealing with new enquiries and supporting the team in coordinating activities for bid preparation.
  • Performing general administrative duties, including organising meetings, invoicing, data collation, and sales support.
  • Maintaining ERP and administration systems.
  • Establishing and monitoring internal Service Level Agreements (SLAs).
  • Reporting on bid/proposal feedback.
  • Managing and responding to Requests for Quotations (RFQs).
  • Preparing draft quotes for review.

Requirements of the Bid Coordinator:

  • Previous experience in a Sales Admin/Coordinator position.
  • Strong communication skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel.
  • Highly organised with excellent time management abilities and keen attention to detail.
  • Experience in an Engineering/Manufacturing environment is preferred.
