About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Consultant to join our team at IRIS Software Group. As a key member of our client project delivery teams, you will be responsible for implementing IRIS software solutions and providing training to our customers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Implement IRIS software solutions to meet customer needs
  • Develop and deliver training programs for customer staff on IRIS Software products
  • Execute system tests to ensure functionality, configuration, and data comply with specifications and standards
  • Ensure clear and concise communication with project managers, consultants, service desk, and customers
  • Deliver implementations within specified timescales
  • Ensure customer data security, encryption, and transfer in line with IRIS security requirements
Requirements
  • 2+ years' experience in delivery of Recruitment software integrations
  • Ability to develop bespoke training material based on customer needs
  • Capacity to offer new ideas for future product development and implementation
