Key Responsibilities

The successful candidate will be responsible for leading the Learning and Development (L&D) function, the HR Merger & Acquisition team, and our Organisational Performance strategy. This role will ensure that all employees at IRIS drive our missions, vision, values, and goal attainment.

Learning and Development

The VP of Organisational Performance will be responsible for heading up the Learning and Development (L&D) function, and will:
  1. Ensure the L&D team have a clear and results-driven strategy, that is aligned to corporate OKRs, and deliver consistently and excellently against it
  2. Designing and implementing a repeatable process with appropriate and clear guidelines surrounding promotion
  3. Evolving and optimizing the leadership and management development offering at IRIS to support productivity, employee experience, and organisational success

Acquisition and Integration

The VP of Organisational Performance will ensure that playbooks for HR acquisition due diligence are optimized and followed carefully and consistently for each acquisition. They will also ensure that playbooks for HR acquisition integration are optimised and followed for each acquisition, to ensure speed to EV through retention and engagement of key resources.

Global HR Oversight

The VP of Organisational Performance will work with the Director of HR to embed the utilization of Reclaro, our third-party strategic planning software. They will review productivity of each department and make recommendations based on data, e.g., software development. They will also oversee the introduction of new productivity measures in Software Engineering to drive and maximise success factors. Additionally, they will create and implement Global HR Policies and Practices to drive compliance and increase employee experience. Finally, they will build and lead an inspiring and high-performing Global HR Operations function.
