Business Analyst Opportunity at IRIS Software Group

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Business Analyst to join our dynamic team at IRIS Software Group. As a Business Analyst, you will play a vital role in bridging the gap between our technical teams and business stakeholders, ensuring seamless integration and optimisation of business processes and technology solutions.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business needs and translate them into technical solutions.
  • Analyze, map, and document business processes to identify inefficiencies and areas for improvement.
  • Work closely with the development team to design and implement Salesforce solutions.
  • Develop technical knowledge across CRM (Salesforce), ERP (NetSuite), Integrations and other strategic tools.
  • Conduct detailed analysis of business requirements and develop data-driven solutions.
  • Engage with business stakeholders to gather requirements and ensure alignment with business objectives.
  • Act as a liaison between technical teams and business units, ensuring clear communication and understanding.
  • Perform data analysis and reporting to support business decisions.
  • Take part in Agile ceremonies and ensure adherence to Agile best practices.
  • Conduct user training and support for implemented solutions.
  • Assist in the development of project plans, timelines, and deliverables, and track progress against objectives.
  • Identify and mitigate risks, and resolve issues that arise during project execution.
Requirements:
  • 3+ years of experience as a Business Analyst, with a focus on Salesforce projects.
  • Strong knowledge of automation tools and workflows within Salesforce.
  • Familiarity with Salesforce platform, including Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and custom development is advantageous.
  • Experience with process mapping, data analysis and workflow design tools (e.g., Visio, Excel).
  • Excellent analytical skills and ability to translate data into actionable insights.
  • Experience with project management methodologies and tools (e.g., Agile, Scrum, Jira, Asana) is a plus.
  • Salesforce certifications (e.g., Salesforce Certified Administrator, Salesforce Certified Platform App Builder) is advantageous.
