About the Role

As a seasoned sales professional with a passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences, you will play a pivotal role in driving business growth and expansion within our Power Solutions division.

We are seeking an experienced Business Development Director to join our team, focusing on strategic account management, new business development, and building strong relationships with key stakeholders.

Your expertise in rental generator knowledge and single-phase and three-phase electrical distribution systems will be invaluable in identifying opportunities and providing tailored solutions to meet our customers' evolving needs.

You will work closely with our operations team to ensure seamless delivery of our services, leveraging your excellent communication skills to resolve any challenges that may arise.

Key Responsibilities
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities, developing and executing targeted sales strategies to drive revenue growth.
  • Maintain and expand existing client relationships, fostering trust and loyalty through exceptional service and proactive problem-solving.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement sales plans, ensuring alignment with company objectives and goals.
  • Conduct site surveys and assessments to understand customers' requirements, making recommendations for customized solutions that meet their unique needs.
  • Present and deliver compelling proposals and pitches to secure new business and expand existing relationships.
