Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide expert HR advice and guidance to clients, ensuring compliance with employment legislation and best practices.

  • Collaborate with clients to identify and address HR-related issues, providing solutions and recommendations to improve HR processes.
  • Conduct employee relations investigations, providing fair and impartial support to employees and clients.
  • Support clients with recruitment and talent management initiatives, including job description development, interview planning, and onboarding.
  • Provide guidance on HR policies, procedures, and employment legislation, ensuring compliance and best practices.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with clients, stakeholders, and other HR professionals to ensure effective communication and collaboration.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and regulatory changes, providing expert advice and guidance to clients.
  • Support clients with HR projects, including restructuring, reorganization, and change management initiatives.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless delivery of HR services, including recruitment, talent management, and employee engagement.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as an HR Business Partner or similar role, with a strong understanding of employment legislation and best practices.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with clients and stakeholders.
  • CIPD Level 3 or 5 required, with a strong understanding of HR principles and practices.

Successful candidates will be subject to Security Clearance and a DBS check.
