**Job Summary**

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced HR Business Partner to join our team in Plymouth. As an HR Business Partner, you will be responsible for developing and implementing people strategies that align with business goals, delivering HR solutions to business units, and driving performance management and employee engagement initiatives.

**Key Responsibilities**

* Develop and implement people strategies that align with business goals
* Deliver HR solutions to business units
* Implement talent management and succession planning
* Drive performance management and employee engagement initiatives
* Assist in change management processes
* Ensure compliance with HR policies and procedures

**Requirements**

* Fluent in French, both written and verbal
* Experience in strategic and operational HR roles
* Strong knowledge of HR best practices and legislation, ideally in the UK and France
* Experience in change management and organisational development
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Proactive approach and ability to work independently
