Parking Enforcement Advisor

We are seeking a skilled Parking Enforcement Advisor to join our team at Apcoa Parking. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for answering inbound calls from clients, customers, and mobile enforcement officers to arrange clamping and de-clamping of vehicles parked incorrectly in Ireland.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Answer inbound calls to arrange clamping and de-clamping of vehicles
  • Handle inbound email queries from clients and customers
