The Role: We are looking for a proactive professional to provide a first-class end-to-end service for SME clients as part of our team.

Key Responsibilities

To work collaboratively as a team to write, renew, and service SME clients using the full end-to-end broking process.

To respond to client issues in a timely manner and build positive working relationships with Claims and the wider broking teams for technical or client referrals.

To act as a point of reference with insurers in negotiating terms for clients.

To maintain own learning and CPD and alignment with our clients' values (PACE).

Requirements

A sound technical knowledge of the Insurance Industry with reference to commercial insurance.

Demonstrable ability to provide a responsive first-class service to clients.

Excellent verbal and written communication and administration skills.

Ability to organise workflow, prioritise tasks, and manage own time.

Confident user of technology and software, e.g. MS Office and Outlook.

Working knowledge of FCA compliance rules.

$60,000 - $80,000 per annum based on location and experience.
