About the Role
We are seeking a highly experienced Business Development Manager to join our team at Direct Line Insurance Group. In this role, you will be responsible for leading the development of compelling partner propositions and commercial proposals that deliver mutual and sustainable value.
The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of the regulatory and risk landscape and be able to identify the implications for partner business models, products, and processes.
Key responsibilities include leading the new partnership development team to deliver propositions to market, negotiating commercial terms with partners, and ensuring alignment to the Green Flag vision.
Average salary in the UK for a similar role is £80,000 - £110,000 per annum, depending on experience. Our hybrid working model offers flexibility and work-life balance.
