Insurance Claims Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Insurance Claims Manager to join our team at PIB Insurance Brokers. As a key member of our Claims Specialty Team, you will be responsible for handling all aspects of commercial insurance claims from cradle to grave.
The ideal candidate will have robust experience in property, liability, marine, and business interruption insurance claims handling, coupled with strong commercial awareness and a full understanding of insurance claims procedures.
You will be passionate about delivering exceptional customer service experiences, applying treating customers fairly (TCF) and know your customer (KYC) methodologies. Acturis system knowledge is desirable but not essential, as we provide training and support for our tools.
In this role, you will manage claims across different products, ensuring service standards are met and/or exceeded. You will keep an efficient diary system for all claims, develop and maintain a full understanding of Acturis, and provide claims information and reports as required.
Our ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, and be able to work well under pressure. They will also be highly organized, with great time management skills and a positive can-do attitude.
We offer a competitive salary of £45,000 - £60,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus a range of benefits including competitive holiday allowance, death in service benefit, company pension scheme, and flexible working options.
