Insurance Business Development Manager

About this role:
We're seeking an experienced Insurance Business Development Manager to join our team at Stride Resource Management Ltd.
As a key member of our commercial insurance team, you'll be responsible for managing and nurturing an existing portfolio of clients, each paying premiums of up to £5,000.
Key responsibilities will include:
- Driving growth by engaging with leads, reactivating lapsed clients, and utilising data for business development
- Meeting and exceeding a realistic annual new business income target
- Collaborating with an experienced team and benefiting from a structured training programme, including mentorship
Requirements:
We're looking for someone with:
- Experience of commercial insurance, in a role that deals with clients - such as account handling, sales and development, broking, or underwriting
- Cert CII qualified is advantageous but not essential
