Key Responsibilities- Manage a portfolio of commercial clients, delivering tailored solutions to meet their unique needs.
- Negotiate with underwriters to secure competitive quotes and ensure seamless policy issuance.
- Utilize online quote facilities to streamline the quoting process and provide timely updates to clients.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, providing proactive support and guidance throughout the annual insurance cycle.
- Cross-sell other insurance products to increase revenue and expand our client base.
- Minimum 5 years' experience in commercial insurance account management.
- Strong understanding of insurance principles and regulations.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Highly organized and proactive approach to workload management.
