About the Role

We are looking for a skilled and dedicated individual to join our team as a Customer Service Coordinator.

The role involves providing high-level customer service, managing front-of-house operations, and assisting with administrative tasks.

Salary: £25,350 per annum

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Meet and greet clients and visitors in a professional, friendly manner.
  2. Answer telephone calls professionally and relay messages accurately.
  3. Diary management for meeting room bookings, car parking, hot desking, and work schedules.
  4. Manage meeting facilities and ensure set-up requirements are relayed accurately and promptly.
  5. Assist with the setup of offices for new tenants and prepare necessary documents.

Requirements:

  • Possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Demonstrate strong organisational and time management skills.
  • Show ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.
