We are seeking a skilled Customer Service Administrator to join our team in Welwyn Garden City.

This is a permanent opportunity that offers a stable and secure work environment, with the possibility of hybrid working after training.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Handle customer and supplier inquiries via phone and email, providing exceptional service and support.
  • BUILD STRONG RELATIONSHIPS WITH SUPPLIERS AND CUSTOMERS THROUGH EFFECTIVE COMMUNICATION AND PROBLEM-SOLVING SKILLS.
  • Update relevant information on the database in a timely and accurate manner.
  • Validate bills and review reports to ensure accuracy and efficiency.
  • Participate in ad-hoc projects and contribute to the growth and development of the company.
Requirements:
  • Prior experience in customer service or administration is essential.
  • Strong mathematical skills and attention to detail are required.
  • Fantastic communication and problem-solving skills are necessary for success in this role.
  • Able to work within deadlines and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Good Excel skills are also desirable.

Salary: £24,000 per annum, 5 days per week, 8.30am - 5pm. Hybrid working possible after training, 25 days holiday plus bank holidays. Free on-site parking.
