We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Guest Service Manager to join our team at Aloft Aberdeen TECA. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional guest service, managing front desk operations, and ensuring a seamless experience for our guests.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead the front desk team to provide exceptional guest service and ensure a high level of customer satisfaction
  • Manage day-to-day operations, including guest check-in, check-out, and room assignments
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve guest satisfaction and loyalty
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless operations and excellent guest experience
  • Monitor and maintain high standards of cleanliness, safety, and security
Requirements:
  • Proven experience in a similar role, preferably in a hotel or hospitality environment
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with guests, colleagues, and management
  • Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills, with the ability to think critically and make sound decisions
  • Ability to work a variety of shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays
  • Knowledge of hotel operations, including front desk, housekeeping, and food and beverage
