About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Education Governance Specialist to join our Entrust team as a Senior Governance Professional. This role involves providing support, guidance, and advice to our team of Clerks to Governors across the UK, ensuring they deliver exceptional service to schools.

  • Arrange induction for new Clerks, including pay claims, travel, and onboarding.
  • Oversee GovernorHub Champion responsibilities, training new clerks, schools, and demos.
  • Coordinate the Governor Services Training Programme.

The ideal candidate will have a passion for inspiring futures and improving outcomes for children, young people, and adults. As a home-based role with quarterly travel to our Stafford office, you'll enjoy a competitive salary of £40,000 - £50,000 per annum, plus benefits, including 23 days' holiday (rising to 27), company-matched pension, and life assurance.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead clerking QA process, ensuring work is reviewed according to schedule and policy.
  • Co-ordinate training programmes for Clerks and schools.
