**Job Summary**

We are seeking an experienced Governance Framework Specialist to lead the development, implementation, and management of governance frameworks, risk management policies, and procurement processes.

This role requires a strong understanding of regulatory requirements, risk assessment, and policy creation, with a proactive approach to continuous improvement and cross-functional collaboration.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Maintain governance frameworks to ensure compliance with regulations and organisational policies.
  • Lead risk assessments to monitor and manage risks, collaborating with key stakeholders to develop mitigation plans and establish control measures.
  • Develop training materials and deliver training sessions on governance, risk, and compliance topics.

**Requirements:**

  • Candidates should be educated to degree level or possess equivalent professional experience and qualifications in Procurement, risk management, or a related field relevant to the role.
  • Proven experience in procurement, governance, risk management, policy development.
  • Experience in designing and implementing governance frameworks, policies, and risk management processes.

**Salary Range:** £60,000 - £80,000 per annum
