Regional Sales Manager Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled Regional Sales Manager to lead our sales team in the Midlands, Wales, and the South. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing and developing a team of sales professionals, driving sales growth, and achieving business objectives.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales management, with experience in managing key accounts and developing sales strategies. You will also have excellent analytical and commercial skills, with the ability to lead and motivate a team to achieve results.

Key responsibilities will include:

  • Managing a team of sales professionals to achieve sales targets and business objectives
  • Developing and implementing sales strategies to drive growth and revenue
  • Managing key accounts and building strong relationships with customers
  • Analyzing sales data and providing insights to inform business decisions
