Role Overview

This is an exciting opportunity to join our team as a Technical Assistant. As a key member of our staff, you will be responsible for ensuring that all bowling equipment and lanes are maintained to a high standard. This will ensure that our customers have the best possible bowling experience when they visit us.

Key Responsibilities

As a Technical Assistant, your duties will include:

  • Maintaining bowling equipment and lanes to a high standard
  • Carrying out preventative maintenance tasks as instructed by the site management team
  • Actioning repairs in a timely fashion
  • Participating in a positive, friendly, and open team atmosphere

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need to be:

  • Full of determination, enthusiasm, and able to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Able to provide high levels of customer service and have strong communication skills
  • Fully flexible around working pattern (evening and weekends will be required)
  • Be approachable and helpful
  • Be organised and able to multi-task
  • A strong team player
  • An eye for detail
  • No experience needed, just willingness to learn about bowling machinery
  • An interest in all things technical/mechanic
