We are seeking a skilled Windows Technical Assistant to join our team at Razorblue Group Ltd. In this role, you will have the opportunity to work with a range of technologies, including Windows desktops, applications, and servers. You will provide technical support to clients, resolving issues quickly and efficiently, and ensuring that all client interactions are handled with professionalism and courtesy.

The successful candidate will have strong communication and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team. They will possess excellent customer service skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with clients and colleagues alike.

This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated individual to develop their skills and knowledge in Windows technical support. Our ideal candidate will have a strong interest in IT and a willingness to learn and grow with the company.

The estimated salary for this role is £27,000 per annum, depending on skills and knowledge. Additional benefits include 25 days' holiday per annum, public holidays, and the ability to purchase additional leave. We also offer a range of other benefits, including fully funded training and accreditations, enhanced maternity and paternity leave, and private health insurance.
