About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Technical Support Adviser to join our team at Royal London Mutual Insurance Society. As a Senior Technical Support Adviser, you will provide expert technical support to internal and external customers, ensuring compliance with legislative and regulatory requirements.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain technical content for internal and external stakeholders, including business development managers, newsletters, and our adviser-facing Technical Central website.
  • Provide pensions and ISA technical support, reviewing legislative or regulatory change papers to identify impacts on our UK propositions.
  • Analyse and communicate the impact of legislative and regulatory change on RL Group and our UK propositions.
  • Identify trends in queries and provide content for business development manager and adviser training, newsletters, and the Technical Central website.
  • Support the delivery of new developments and improvements to UK propositions and regulatory projects.
  • Assist senior leaders in implementing and embedding our risk processes.
  • Maintain the Technical Central website, creating and updating a collection of technical articles.

Requirements

  • Previous experience in a similar pensions and ISA legislation/support role.
  • Strong knowledge of pensions and ISA legislation.
  • Ability to work independently without direct supervision.
  • PC literate with knowledge of all main Microsoft Office applications.
