Interim Senior Business Performance Manager

We are currently working in partnership with a progressive business who are looking to recruit an Interim Senior Business Performance Manager for a period of 3-6 months. Reporting to the Head of FP&A, you will support the business in delivering a strategic transformation while continuing to drive the business to deliver its short-term planning commitments.

Your key duties will include:

  • Responsible for all finance modelling within the business, including commercial and financial forecasting.
  • Lead on all finance planning and forecasting activity.
  • Collaborate with the wider team to build and challenge forecasting assumptions.
  • Produce monthly finance reports and external party reports as required.
  • Develop financial and operational KPIs and track performance against plan.
  • Manage the FP&A data structure and how it sits within the wider data infrastructure.
  • Provide ad-hoc financial analysis as required.
  • Support the delivery of a financial transformation program and drive automation into the finance function.
  • Manage a team of 2-3.

The successful candidate will be ACA/ACCA/CIMA qualified with advanced Excel and strong Power BI/SQL skills.
