About This Role: As an Outdoor Play Environment Specialist at Cumberland, you will have the opportunity to make a meaningful contribution to the lives of our children. Your primary responsibility will be to design and implement outdoor play activities that promote social interaction, physical activity, and creativity.
Key Accountabilities:
- Design and implement outdoor play activities that promote social interaction, physical activity, and creativity.
- Work collaboratively with the play team to create a safe and engaging environment.
- Support children during lunchtime and ensure tables are cleared for other diners.
- Promote and safeguard the safety and welfare of children.
Salary and Benefits: This role offers a salary range of £27,000 - £33,000 per annum, depending on experience. You will also receive a comprehensive benefits package, including comprehensive training and development opportunities, to support your career growth and well-being.
