Job Overview

Kuehne+Nagel is seeking an experienced Road Logistics Business Development Manager to drive growth and expansion within our road logistics business unit.

Responsibilities
  1. New Business Development: Identify and pursue new business opportunities that align with our company goals and objectives.
  2. Customer Relationship Management: Foster strong relationships with existing customers to ensure continued revenue growth and retention.
  3. RFP and Tender Management: Develop and implement effective strategies for responding to Requests for Proposal (RFPs) and tenders.
  4. Traffic and Product Development: Collaborate with internal teams to develop innovative solutions that meet the needs of our customers.
Requirements
  • A minimum of 3 years' experience in logistics and sales is required.
  • In-depth knowledge of the European road freight market.
  • Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to communicate complex ideas effectively.
Compensation Package

The successful candidate can expect a highly competitive salary ranging from £70,000 to £90,000 per annum, commensurate with experience, plus additional benefits and incentives.
