Business Development Director

We are seeking a seasoned Freight Business Development Manager to cover the Northwest territory for our client, a highly successful global freight forwarder with an established international network. This exceptional service provider offers customers competitive prices.
Your role will be to identify new business opportunities within the freight forwarding sector, focusing on multi-modal freight forwarding services.
- Create and implement an annual business plan to meet your annual budget requirements.
- Achieve a new business target of minimum three times your salary, with a minimum of eight sales appointments per week.
To succeed in this role, you will require experience selling freight forwarding services and possess excellent market knowledge. You should also have good negotiation and closing skills.
