Job Title: Manufacturing Operations Specialist

Salary Range: £37,000 - £45,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus overtime paid at x1.5 and benefits

Working Hours: Monday to Thursday 6:15pm - 1am, Friday 6am - 1pm

We are a modern manufacturing company that precision machines parts and solutions for various industries, including Aerospace and Defence.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Prepare the machine: Set up grinding operations correctly.
  2. Maintain quality: Inspect finished pieces using measuring equipment.
  3. Report defects: Notify any machining or fabrication issues.
  4. Machine maintenance: Keep grinding tools in optimal condition.
  5. Cleanliness: Maintain a tidy work area.
  6. Compliance: Work within our quality system and health and safety requirements.
Requirements

Prior CNC machine operation experience is essential. We seek a candidate with a willingness to learn and grow, driven by career ambition.

We value effective communication skills and teamwork.

This position is commutable from Camberley, Bracknell, Farnborough, Farnham, Guildford, Aldershot, and surrounding areas.
