At McLaren, our Manufacturing Engineering team is expanding to drive business growth. With new models on the horizon, this role offers a chance to develop and refine processes for producing high-quality vehicles.

This critical position supports the success of our Manufacturing operations by scoping, specifying, and delivering best-in-class operational paint practices aligned with brand expectations. You will also contribute to departmental budgets as part of the overall program business case.

You will be exposed to various aspects of the business, including collaboration with concept design and engineering teams across multiple projects. This diverse role allows you to witness and influence projects from start to finish.

We estimate an annual salary range of $85,000 - $110,000 based on industry standards and location considerations.
