We are seeking a highly organized and efficient Training Administrator to join our dynamic Training Team in Chertsey.

This exciting opportunity will provide the successful candidate with the chance to utilize their administrative skills and experience to provide effective support to the Education Department.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in administration, excellent IT skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Main Responsibilities
  • Provide administrative support to the Training Team and at times the wider Education & Development team.
  • Manage course administration, training room setup, and supporting trainers with equipment on the day.
  • Deal with enquiries regarding face-to-face, virtual, and online training.
Key Requirements
  • GCSE (or equivalent) in English and Maths.
  • NVQ Level 3, RSA Level 3, or equivalent.
  • 2 years' experience of administrative work.
Desirable Skills
  • Experience of working in a busy office environment with conflicting priorities.
  • Good IT skills, including Microsoft Applications - especially Excel, Outlook, and Word.
  • Experience of using the Totara Learning Management System or similar software.
  • Familiarity with NHS processes, particularly in relation to training compliance.
