Job Title: Academy Training Administrator

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to join our dynamic Training Team as an Academy Training Administrator. This role will provide administrative support to the Education Department, ensuring the smooth operation of our training programs.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide administrative support to the Training Team, including course administration, training room setup, and equipment management.
  • Manage the day-to-day running of our Two Bridges Training Venue in Chertsey, ensuring a high-quality experience for our trainees.
  • Utilize our Totara Learning Management System to build and manage statutory and mandatory courses, as well as other essential courses led by the Education department.
  • Monitor and respond to emails in a timely manner, ensuring effective communication with stakeholders.
Requirements:
  • GCSE (or equivalent) in English and Maths.
  • NVQ Level 3, RSA Level 3, or equivalent.
  • Experience working in a busy office environment with conflicting priorities.
  • Good IT skills, including Microsoft Applications (Excel, Outlook, Word).
  • Familiarity with NHS processes, particularly in relation to training compliance.
